About Julia Shea

Whether you are moving locally or long distance, I am eager to do everything I can to make your relocation as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. In addition to selling over 48 million dollars worth of real estate in the last four years, as a military spouse I have had numerous experiences moving, buying, and selling homes. I have lived in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Chicago, Boston, Pensacola, San Diego, and Palm Springs, so you know I understand that moving can be stressful. Because I have purchased and sold homes in several diverse locations, I understand both the pressure and significance of buying and selling a home. You will have a Realtor® who works for you.

You will find that my background (I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College, and worked as a therapist with adults, adolescents, and in residential care) means you can tell me what you want and know that I listen carefully. You will be able to match your needs and interests for your home in the houses I find for you. My time will be spent meeting your real estate needs and making your relocation experience pleasurable.

When we work together, you will develop a clear understanding about the unique and beautiful Hampton Roads area. I live in Norfolk with my husband, a Marine Corps pilot, and our two Newfoundlands and one Scottie. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, going to the beach, and anything to do with dogs!
